App and account help
Tell us what happened, which screen you were using, and the iPhone and iOS version if you know them. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or payment details.
Product or photo corrections
Include the product name, barcode or Checkout product link, what should be corrected, and whether you uploaded the photo. We review requests for incorrect, duplicate, private, or rights-infringing product content.
Account deletion and subscriptions
Delete your Checkout account in the app from Profile → Delete Account. Deleting an account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; manage that separately in Apple's subscription settings.
