Checkout Support

Email Checkout support for account, privacy, product data, subscription, or app questions. We use support requests to fix product records and improve the rankings system.

Account Help

For sign-in, logout, account deletion, profile, handle, or privacy setting questions, email support and include the email address or sign-in provider used for Checkout.

Product Uploads

For duplicate products, wrong categories, incorrect ingredients, photo issues, or product removal requests, include the product name, barcode if available, and what should be fixed.

Coffee Supporter

Coffee Supporter purchases are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions from Apple ID subscription settings. Email us if your supporter badge does not restore correctly.

Privacy Requests

Use the in-app Delete Account flow from Profile when possible. You can also email us for privacy questions or requests involving uploaded product photos.
